$3 Tacos every Thursday? There's a decision you won't have to wrestle with...

It’s been close to a decade since the people of Fortitude Valley and New Farm had a Taco night worth stepping out for (RIP The Alibi Room), and with the new year ringing in some enticing changes at 388 Brunswick Street, Thursdays at The Coop Bistro are taking a weekly trip down Mexico way with BUENO BUENO; Brisbane’s latest and greatest Taco night.

BUENO BUENO brings exciting new tastes at a mouth-watering price, with a selection of exclusive $3 Tacos offered up between 5pm and 10pm each and every Thursday.

Served on soft flour or corn tortillas and catering for a range of tastes and dietary preferences, the seven tacos on offer range from the Demonio Blanco (24 hour pulled cola pork with beans, pickled red cabbage and chipotle mayo) and The Generalisimo (BBQ pulled beef taco with caramelised onion, pickles and parmesan cheese), to the Gallo Fantástico (a cheeky take on their signature fried chicken burger with karaage, diced pickled onions, blue cheese & chipotle BBQ sauce) and the Rapido Picante; Beans, red and green peppers, red onion, corn, smokey ketchup and avocado crema.

A great Taco night wouldn’t be complete without a range of Mexican-flavoured refreshments to wash them down with, and The Coop are delivering in spades with Dos Equis stubbies, Sangria, Tommy’s Margaritas and Tequila shots all especially available for BUENO BUENO.

You can get your hungry hands on endless $3 Tacos from your new Thursday local, The Coop Bistro, when BUENO BUENO launches Thursday, January 18!
